pcm problems

i have a 99 that will idle but that is it. any throttle and it spits and sputters.code p0605 rom error. where do i start.

Im not sure of the code but it may be that teeney tiny vacum hose clear back on the intake that is unreachable.It pinches and scrapes and leaks vacum.Hopefully thats not the problem but it may be...Good Luck
