Rich at Idle

I have a 94 .. with 105k running rich .. The only mods is a Bassanni "X" with no cats and a K & N .. I've done the routine stuff .. cap, rotor, plugs ect..
It scans clean .. I have also changed the ECT and ACT which used to be the fix combo on older speed density cars .. It has a 192 t-stat and warm scans good too .. I don't notice any black smoke on cold start or when its warmed up and I stand on it through the gears .. Injector maybe ? Or is the speed density as sensitive to mods as CV carbs on a motorcycle ?
Any ideas wouldd sure help

check the fuel regulator..mine went bad and was sucking fule thru the vacum line into the intake.
