Does PMAS make a mass air conversion?

I bought a used mass air conversion and it has a ECC-IV, 30 lb injectors, Pro-flow mass air meter and another "computer" looking box that has the jumper harness, mass air plug ans a forth plug. this box has a mounting bracket that I haven't look at where it goes yet but it has a PMAS sticker on it. I've tried to contact them with no luck to make sure I install it correctly. Does anyone know anything about these? Thanks

This is a plug and play kit, right? Take the upper off, install the injector harness, plug up the jumper harness to the new comp and try it.
