My truck will not turn off?

Guys, this has got me confused. My 95 Lightning won't turn off when I turn the key to the off position. I tried replacing the locking cylinder but that didn't solve the problem.

Luckily the front fuel pump doesn't work so I can just switch the tanks to shut it off, but I still have to disconnect the battery when I park it.

What is going on?

Replaced the ignition switch, not just the cylinder

are all the wires connected to the solenoid? Have you changed anything recently, lights, switches, relays, anything?
