billet grille

hey I just joined this site today. Ive had my lightning for a little over a month now, and I was just wondering if anybody had a picture of a gen 1 with a billet grille or even knew if they made billet grille for the truck. I googled a little bit but couldnt find anything. I would really appreciate some help or opions on the situation thanks.

Ebay should have the billet grille - if it's the one you're thinking of...I bought this for my truck (although it's a HD, they do make the ones for the Lightning). They also make the bottom billet grille for the L valance.

Mine is a gen 1 L. Im not sure what you mean by HD sorry not up on all the abreveations yet.

I'm sorry...Ford HD Harley Davidson Edition (same as an L with an extra pair of doors...

) - I don't know if the dude that I got mine from makes them for Gen 1s though...

For the grille that my truck has (pic above), I had to remove the stock insert...the grille is pretty good quality, the only problem I had was the lower he sent would have fit a Gen2/3 L lower, but not the '03 HD..

I had to get another one (longer bars) - that he specifically marked for L's, we have to modify it a little bit to get it into my valance...but at least I'll match
