It is a Full Effect conversion. I get in a lot of arguments with people that tell me it's not a lightning. I don't even bother explaining anymore. I just tell them, Truckin' Magazine Jan 1996.

Interesting Truck you have there.

There are a few of us on the board that know about Full Effects Trucks.

I Was Looking For A Truck With A Crew-cab So I Could Haul And Cary The Family. I Saw This One At A Small Dealer By My House. It Was What I Was Looking For And It Looked Good And The Price Was Right. A Month Or So After I Had The Truck I Got A Postcard In The Mail From The Last Owner. He Told Me I Had A Rare Truck And Wanted To Send Me Info On It. He Told Me It Was From A Company Called Full Effect. Full Effect Stretched It And Made A Crew Out Of It. They Worked With Ford So That It Would Maintain It's "svt" Status. I Didn't Care About Any Of That Stuff It Was Just A Truck To Me. After Looking Into It, I Find My Lightning To Be A Cool Truck. It's Way Fast And Handles Real Good. It's Got 154358 Mi On It And I've Been The 3rd Owner For About 3 Years Now. As For Mods, I'm Pretty Sure It's All Stock But There Is A Short Spacer At Rear End Of The Leaf Spring That Leads Me To Believe It Was Lowered Or That Could Be How It Came.
