Speedo Recalibrate?

I searched the forum and couldn't find where the speedo recalibrate procedure was. Can someone point me in the right direction? I am ordering new tires on 18" wheels for my '93 B L and want to make sure the speedo is as accurate as possible.

search for "psom recalibrate" I don't have any links right now but thats a good start
