Ford Racing supercharger????

I was given a 93 bone stock lightning by my dad who bought it new, motor is like new. I was thinking about a bolt on supercharger, Ford Racing has one for about $2000 and claims to give a 100hp boost. Has anyone here bought this part and if so what did you think. The truck is going to be my every day driver so i need to keep it reliable.

It's the PowerDyne supercharger. Ford has them build it for them.

I got one. But you'll need a different lower pulley to get 100hp.

is that all you have on your L a powerdyne s/c? cause thats all i have on mine and i was wondering the hp and torque.

thats all I got. It did 301/360 on a mustang dyno, but that was with an a/f ratio of like 10:1 so its got more.

I dont have any part numbers, but the BD11A that I have on my L works fine for what its made for. Street use, 6-8 psi max generally.
