Installation of Dodge Center Seat in 93 L

I have read here on the Forums that a 94 through 2000 Dodge full size ram truck's center seat will fit in the Gen 1 Lightnings. Has anybody done this who would be willing to write a "How To" article for those of us who would like to perform this modification? It may be very straight foward, and obvious to some, but a good "How To" article would be a great help to those of us that have no idea about how to do this, or what to expect. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I asked about this before, but what about the center seat from a 97-06 Ford F-150? Will it fit? I think it was the newer Ford unit that still had cup holders.

I've been wondering the same thing. You see them on ebay all the time. Anybody?

I'll see about writing something up in the next couple days. Really all i did though was drill new holes in the seat pan and measured and drill holes in the seat to match and bolted it down. Vern, I'll be at L-fest with the truck this year so you can take a peak if ya wish. Not as nice looking as the factory center, be very comfy seat and for $40, can't go wrong.

JL Audio

The dodge center looks awesome and for those interested JL Audio makes a great subwoofer that replaces the bottom of that center seat
