Do a "tires" search, and you'll find lots of helpful info..

I love my Toyos. I am like others who only wanted an American tire on my all American truck. I have a neighbor friend who runs a Gateway tire, I went to him and told him that I wanted a good tire, he knows me and recommended the Toyos, I said no way in hell I am going to put any thing toyo on my all American truck, he challenged me and said let me put them on and if you dont like them I will swap them for some American name.
Needless to say I am SOLD--- They are an all around good looking, handling, and hooking tire.
I will buy them over and over again.

What tires?

My grandson just replaced toyo proxes on his Silverado that I'm riding in quite a bit, with Hancooks (not sure of the spelling). The Hancooks are "way" better riding and driving. Not even close. Much better appearing tread pattern too.

I have the Goodyear Eagle GT 11 and I like them fine, but hear on this forum toyo proxes and others are better traction and handling. I like the raised white letters on the GT's, and wonder if any of the others have raised white letters? I'm going to need new tires soon myself.

I offer this opinion not to argue, but just what I've experienced, but not on my truck.
