Gen1 Lightning bolt sizes

This post is meant to be a near comprehensive listing of every major bolt and fastener available for our trucks. This will allow for the purchase of cheap, and easy to locate replacement bolts and fasteners. At this point, many of our bolts are no longer carried by Ford, and can cost as much as $7 each!

Post as many as you can, and help everyone else on the board out!

Bolt Description: Thread size x Bolt Length; Head socket size (optional)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Engine Bolts
Bellhousing bolts: 7/16-14 x 2.5"
Fuel rail bolts: 1/4-20 x .75"
Header bolts: 3/8 x 1.00"; 7/16 6-pt
Crank bolt: 5/8; 15/16 6-pt
Upper intake (to lower intake) corner bolts: 5/16 x 1.5"
Upper intake (to lower intake) middle bolts: 5/16 x 6.5" (need to confirm)
Power steering & A/C bracket bolts: 7/16 x 5.5"

Body parts/Accessories
Mirrors: 6.0mm X 1.0mm

This is great. We need to get more people to post! In the next few weeks, I'll be putting my truck together so I will post what I can.
