Convoy to L-Fest From South Louisiana

Well here we go it is getting real close.

Wed Sept 19th

Ok I found a good meet stop Exit 209 of I-10. There is a truck stop with a shell gas station there and Casino.

Looks like the best thing to do would be to meet there between 9 to 10 am. Plan on rolling out no later than 10:30 am. The first leg of the trip is from there to Cape Girardeau Mo it will be about 570 mile and tak 8 1/2 hours give or take. We can get a room for the night there. We will get off at Exit 96 in Cape Girardeau.

We will meet up with Keith (johnnynumber5) At this stop. He will join the Convoy

Thus. Sept 20th

We should be meet By Rob (strokin95) He is going to meet us before we leave from the hotel to head out on the second leg of the trip.

OK here it goes second leg of the trip. We will need to get on the road for 9 am to make it to the next stop.

We will leave Cape Girardeau and head to Foristell This part is about 2 1/2 hours and a 150 mile. we will stop at the tatravelcenters http://www.tatravelcenters.com/taweb....aspx?uid=72to meet up with some other member headed to L-Fest We should be meet them all around Noon

Here we will meet up with anyone coming from the East. I know Justin and Larry from NJ will meet us here. I will also Talk to Dave Prickle and see if he will meet us here again this year.

After that we will head out again for the Last leg of the trip to the Hotel for L-Fest

That will be from Foristell to Lees Summit this will be about 3 hours and 200 miles. After this we will be at the hosting Hotel for L-Fest

OK I will update/Edit this thread in the next day or so. I will get the address of the truck stop at Exit 209 off I-10 and get better Times and Mileage from there to Cape Girardeau.

I will also update the First leg with some Hotel info. This will be where we spend Wed Night.
