OK, Who's got the red gen1 in scranton?

I just got off the phone w/ a good "friend" (LOL), who goes to the University of Scranton, and she said "some guy has the same lightning you do up the street". After further prodding, all the info I can gather is it is a red gen1, not a students car. I'm surprised she was even going slow enough to read "Lightning" on the bed!

So who is this?
Is this one of the Pennsylvania department of the DELVALLO?

I've been up around scranton a few times since I got my red L1, but not since august.
