Does anybody know a good builder???? the Bank wants 30% payment down if I am to be my own GF

I figure I can buy the property and put up a tent for now and act like I am camping so that gives me time to save $$$$
Oh !!!iThe land is 2.48 acres so there will be plenty of room for a lightning Get together. Anybody into some dirt drags

Dennis,
you told me that the street in front of the house is long enough for Dragging on. Well, put a Stand and sell fuel and hot dogs. You can sleep by the wieners till you get enough of our money to build a house.
