| Guest | CAPTAIN SCORED A NEW SET OF SHOES FOR THE L TONITE! I GOT MY HANDS ON A SET OF WELD DRAGLITES W/ TIRES, CENTER CAPS, LUGS, & LOCKS. SO IF ANYONE IS LOOKING AT OR BIDDING ON THE SET ON EBAY, SORRY......THEY'RE GONE ![]() THEY ARE 15/7 W/ 225'S UP FRONT & 15/8 W/ 175'S OUT BACK. NOW ALL I NEED TO DO IS FIND A PAIR OF 15/8'S FOR MY SLICKS. GOT SOME LAYING AROUND RALPH? |

| Guest | I'd say its a good deal, considering its hard to find draglites with our bolt pattern and backspacing. That right there is worth $450.I wonder if that crying thing will work and Captain will sell me these wheels. Waaaaa, Waaaaaa!!! ------------------ Laurence Weiler NLOC #339 12.78 @ 105.47MPH |

| Guest | NOT A CHANCE LARRY, LOL! BUT I DO HAVE THIS SWEEEEEETTTTTT COWL HOOD FOR SALE $250 AND IT'S YOURS!LMMFAO!!!!!!! P.S.-I'M NOT REAL HAPPY W/ HER STANCE NOW W/ THE 15'S. TOO MUCH GAP BETWEEN THE TIRE & FENDER. AM I STILL THE ONLY "NON LOWERED L" IN THE GROUP? I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING DROPPING HER A COUPLE OF INCHES. WHAT KITS DID ALL OF YOU USE, HOW MUCH WAS IT, AND HOW DID THE INSTALLMENT GO? I'M KINDA LEANING TOWARDS THE DOWNS KIT ONLY BECAUSE IT'S LOCAL. HOW IS IT? ALSO, WILL MY PINION ANGLE OR DRIVESHAFT LOOP BE AFFECTED MAJORLY? |

| Guest | Keith, Call RD enterprises ( www.shox.com ) and get the Springs and shackles from them. Its the same stuff as the Downs kit but a hell of alot cheaper. You can get the springs for about 119 and the shackles for 60 if I remember right. Your pinion angle will be fine. But the drop looks much better with the 17s filling the wheel wells, so you better get rid of those 15s. I'll be a nice guy and take them off your hands for ya ![]() Oh the install is a breeze, unless you have Justins Truck, where the shackle bolt welded itself to the shackle and it takes 2 1/2 hours to cut out. On everyone elses truck it takes about an hour to drop the whole truck. ------------------ Laurence Weiler NLOC #339 12.78 @ 105.47MPH [This message has been edited by LW93Rcode (edited 11-08-2001).] |

| Guest | Captain, You will need both of the ford tools to get then on the truck also. A Hammer and Zaw Saw ![]() Them shakle bolts are made of some to the best steel I have seen. Drives Side took 2 1/2 Zaw Saw blades to cut it off. Thanks to Stacie We got done a little fast then If it was Just Larry and I. ![]() ------------------ Justin DiPalma NLOC # 555 Black 94 #437 14.53 @ 92.01 MPH Old Glory; Now that says it all |
