Lightbulb Diagnostic

I recently purchase an automotive diagnostic system.Everything checking out on the koer & koeo Data.
I can go in a dcl capture mode and see these parameters:
engine speed 1276 rpm
spark advance 33.5 degree
intake air temp 1.6 volts
engine coolant temp 171.8 degree
egr feedback 0.5 volts
throttle posn 1.1 volts
vechice power 14.3 volts
injector pw 4.3 ms
egr vacuum regl 39.5%
idle air control 4.9%
oxygen sensor 0.03 volts
loop status closed
Does this look nornal and how can i find out.
The truck acts like it's starving for gas at 1300 rpm. Thanks

Is that 1276 RPM at idle, that seems a bit high if its at idle. The TPS signal should be around .95 and .99 volts, closer to .99.

Larry,
You are right, TPS should be like .99v/.98v

But You also have to remember that if he is Idleing at 1276 rpm that were it should probably be.

earnhardt3,
First Of all It is nice to meet you. And welcome to the club. I am not sure why but your RPMS should be at like 750rpms

ALSO YOUR O2 VOLTAGE IS SUPPOSED TO FLUCTUATE RAPIDLY, IF IT DOESN'T YOU HAVE A BAD O2 SENSOR, IF YOU GET A NEW ONE AND IT STILL DOESN'T IT AFTER YOU GET A NEW ONE, THEN THERE SHOULD BE A VACUUM LEAK PRESENT, IF IT JUST STAYS A .03 AND DOESNT MORE THAT MUCH THATS NOT WORKING RIGHT, BUT IF IT GOES FROM LIKE .03 TO 274 ... THATS A GOOD WORKING O2 SENSOR, HOPE THIS HELPS ,LATER RICH

Thanks for the warm welcome.I have to see what my fuel pressure is.I think it's the fuel pressure regulator cause when i lefted work last night it wouldn,t start.I notice when i turn the key over but not engaging the start the system would not pressurize. The fuel pump would run continous.Unless you have any suggestion. Thanks

Sorry Rich,I should have told you guys I was moving when i gave you the result. At 800rpm idle,it's 0.12 thru 0.73.I also replace this recently.I think it's the fuel pressure regulator cause the fuel system does presserize. What do you think?
