Need directions For Lisa

Help her out guys. I got a email from her saying she wants to come down and see us all. But she needs directions to the track. For those of you that dont know Lisa she is coming from NH. She has been here before but just forgets how to get to the track. So If you give here directions from North Jeresy that would be great.
