Arrow NEW L OWNER, WHO'S IN THE AREA?

HELLO, I JUST PURCHASED A RED 94' L ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AGO. I'VE BEEN CRUISEN THROUGH THIS SITE SINCE THEN, BUT NEVER VENTURED INTO THIS FORUM. GLAD TO SEE SO MANY JERSEY L'S! I WAS WONDERING WHERE EVERYONE IS FROM, WHAT L'S THEY HAVE AND WHAT AGE EVERYONE IS? (I'M JUST BARELY 22, & I GET THE IMPRESSION THIS IS A SOMEWHAT OLDER CROWD?) I DON'T MEAN DO OFFEND ANYONE, JUST WONDERING IF I'M ONE OF THE YOUNGEST L OWNERS IN THE AREA. I LIVE IN THE BELMAR AREA, 20 MINUTES FROM E-TOWN, AND RARELY SEE OTHER L'S AND IF I DO SEE ONE, IT'S DRIVER COULD BE MY FATHER. I WOULD LOVE TO GET TOGETHER WITH EVERYONE AT THE TRACK ONE NITE IF WE COULD MEET UP AND SHOOT THE SH*T. I RAN AT E-TOWN ON FRIDAY AND THE TRUCK RAN POOR. I NEED INPUT FROM VETERAN L OWNERS. ENGLISHTOWN OR ATCO IF THAT'S CLOSER TO EVERYONE. WHAT DO YOU ALL SAY?

THANX

Hey, welcome to our little piece of the board. We're not all old, but the age range is what helps this board be so great. Anyhow, I'm 24 and I live about an hour away from Downs Ford. That should give you a idea about how far you are from me.

Welcome, Captain.......

Congrats on your recent acquisition of a '94 L. Don't worry about your track times. There are several intelligent & knowledgable folks who have Gen 1 Ls around here. No doubt they'll do their best to assist you......some very quick Ls run in NJ.

Larry.....24?? Damn, you look like 17!

BTW, I hit 32 in February. Reside in Ye Olde Woodbury (est. in 1652)

Larry don't lie your only 17, just because you have an ID that says that means nothing. Hehe that was a good one Lou.

ACC CULINARY SCHOOL. I Dont know about you guys but I think we found our cook for the party in July. Really that cool. As far as the 14s with the truck goes. I can t believe it my self and I think that it may have a little more in it the way it sits. Don't worry about your track times. It was the first time to the track with the truck. Come hang out with us at atco one night and well see if what we can do. What did you meet the girls at school.

Captain, A get together sounds good. But lets push it up a week to the 1st of June (I think that is the next Friday). That way that Larry will have the rear broken in and everyone will for sure have clear calendars
