Post ***** Conduct *****

Ok here goes,
As the club grows,we have more and more issues to deal with.Since October we have added four new supporting vendors. We have added sections on NMRA racing,Road Course Racing, several new moderators, alot of progress, many new members, all for the good of the club.
But as the club grows on occasion so do some of the problems we encounter. We are all here as volunteers, and enjoy doing the work and all we can for the club,YOUR club!!!

Over the past two weeks a few issues have come up that we have had to take care of,they mailnly have to do with proper conduct and just plain being decent. This board is for all members to use as a constructive tool in making the Lightning community the best it can be.

I have stated many times this is no place to settle personal problems, you have a phone, use it,don't air the "dirty laundry" on the the board,it's ok to discuss, even disagree but no derrogatory vendor posts,or slanderous posts against members will be allowed.I hate to say , or have to state that this or that can be allowed, but it seems in the mind of a couple it becomes necessary to just that.

I look to my board members for support in this area, and will view their comments as they come in,but in my opinion behavior that diminishes the quality of the NLOC ,and it's members will not be allowed.

So without going in to more detail, simply put if you don't know how to usse the board in a constructive manner, don't use it at all.If you do feel the urge to do so and post information as described as derrogatory or slanderous, you may lose access to the board.

I would also like to see everyone include their NLOC number in each and every post. This isn't a way of tracking down the bad guys,it's a way of seeing who is or isn't a member.Don't get me wrong, we like non members to come to our area and see wht were doing , but not to use it as their own personal sounding board.

Hope this helps keep this board the cleanest board around and lends a bit more intergrity to all of us that want to be the best we can be.
Thanks
Jerry

Hope all is going well,I should have the truck back in a week or so,just a bad engine, only had 700 miles on it.

I do want to thank you for helping me this past spring to get my truck running as well as it did,the day you rented Cordova i ran my best ever 12.29,

I like the way you keep this site straight.
If you look at f150online.com it is a murder in there. Gets on my nerves. But its peaceful over in the NLOC.

Thanks,
Justin

Thanks alot!!!! I'm trying as best I can,but then I have a great bunch of members to keep me and the board in line so it's easy.
I want everyone to be proud of the NLOC,and don't want it to resemble other boards,we are a bit special!!!!!!
Thanks
