Post Modify the NLOC Logo?

It's been said before by myself and other people that this UBB is the heart and soul of the NLOC. Because of this, I was wondering about adding the website address to the NLOC logo, any apparel, handouts, flyers, business cards, etc.?

It's very obvious that the club is once again in a new growth stage. It seems to me that this would be the best time to change this if everyone else thought it was a good idea. All future official club items would be distributed over the winter before all the racing starts next spring. All next summer, people would see NLOC logos with the website address and bring in new members.

If you want to spread something quickly in today's society, use the web.

It is just an idea. Anyone else want to chime in?

Sounds like a good idea...I was also thinking we should come up with something we could put on a page here, print it out and leave on Lightnings we see out and about to try and spread the word. It could be business card size and when we print it there would be like 8 or 10 on a page. They could say something about nice truck, we'd like for you to come join other Lightning owners in sharing information and stories in the National Lightning Owners Club @ www.nloc.org. It owuld have the logo and maybe some brief mention of discounts on parts and group buys.Whatever it takes to get them to at least look around. We could have a link on the web page where we can go and print more of these out as we need to...just try not to tag the same truck more than once.

Stop the Presses! Stop the Presses!

That should be www.nloc.org.

Unless you plan on purchasing the .com domain.

Fabulous work so far, Jerry. We seem to be in good hands.

Thanks for keeping the club going.

Cool

How do we get the cards to pass out? When at the track last week I told 2 new Lightning owners about the web page and they seemed really interested about coming here. The 2000 Lightning, however, had the unfortunate task of running against me and the Big Red Machine. Im sure his ego will heal. Anyways, a business card really will be nice to hand out.
