AEM wide band sensor

The sensor went out on my AEM wideband, anyone ever have any problems like this before? How long are these supposed to last? I have it mounted in the rear driverside O2 sensor bung and I am running catless mids. Dont know if that had anything to do with the sensor crapping out on me or not.

pepboys has replacement sensors for them get the part number off your existing sensor
