what are the ford motorsport mass air conversions going for/worth in good condition?

well if your talking about the one you posted up for sale i would say about $350 from the looks of it. but thats coming from a guy that got one of the kits 5 years ago complete for $350. does it even work? not to talk about your parts you have for sale but it looks like the ecm has been in water before.
