x-cal 2 problem

today i decided to install my lfp 4lb lower that i have had for about 4 months collecting dust.
i go to load the lfp tune and the screen on my x-cal 2 just lights up no words :

is there something im not doing right? this truck is my DD so any help would be great!!

it sounds like the tuner may need to go back to sct
