bad wiring?

I can't figure this out... I hooked up my prosport gauges with an ADD-A-Fuse from autozone to the 30amp fuse that is all the way at the bottom and all the way to the right (right in that bottom corner) sorry I don't have a manual so I'm not sure what the fuse is for... Acc i think.... but neways so I put the 30amp stock fuse in the right slot and put a 10 amp fuse in the otehr slot with the wiring attached to... ran the power cable to the gauges and grounded it on the chasis, I also tapped the same power wire for my valentine one radar detector.. now.. when I hooked everything up there's a delay in everythign turning on.. truck turns on fine, everythign in the truck lights up fine.... gauges and detector don't turn on until truck is warm.... (usually 5-10 min after the truck has been running) any ideas what causes this?
