play back of predator data logs?

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. I can download all logs from predator to my pc, i can monitor live data on my pc while driving the truck, however after i save them and try to play them back i always get the " not in master pid list " . so all i get is 1 and 0 for values and only the " not in msaster pid list" for each of the would be pids.

Posted on diablo forum but either they dont understand or they dont know what im talking about, the one reply said "Dat Viewer missing files for the PID lists" may be the problem.

does anyone know how to get this file then? or why im having trouble?

thanks for any help

Sonic,

Compare the list of Pids you select to the ones that display on the PC and if any are missing go back to the Predator and delete them from your list. It is possible that one of them may not be supported and it causes the whole thing to mess up. We are currently working on a completely new Data viewer that will blow away the current version so hopefully we can end your issues.

Also, Can you datalog with the Predator then hook it up to the PC and download/view the file in that order or does it still mess up?

Thanks,
Kevin@Diablo

it would still mess up when loging with the pred and uploading.

Yonson helped me out and sent me a data viewer and it works ver 2.3 (btw thanks again Yonson)

I also downloaded the new one on the diablo site ver 2.3 and tried it on my desktop and it works now too.

thanks for the help, and are you working on one beyond this one i have currently?

i was just going to ask, do the guys at diablo make tune adjustments for a mafia? or do i have to get a custom tune done my a cmr dealer? The only reason i ask is because i like the tune and want to leave it alone, however i bought a mafia and would like to use it.

thank you for any input

Glad to hear you got it all worked out! I highly recommend getting the truck on a dyno or a wideband on it at the very least and have a CMR Dealer make the necessary adjustments for the mafia. We can make adjustments for it in the tune but you will still need to have it checked with a wideband.

actually i do have a wideband.

I also have dynatech headers/high flow cats/cai/tr7ix on the 91 oct pred tune. my maf hit as high as 4.7v so thats why i bought a mafia b4 i step up to a 6#.

At first i was hoping i could adjust the inj high/low slope but i've heard that there are other areas which require adjustment, i'd rather be safe then sorry.

So can custom tunes stil be adjusted like the factory predator tune?

thanks for any help/info

Yes, You still have full adjustability on custom parameters when installing a custom tune.
