XCal problem

My Xcal won't power up or display anything when plugged into my L after sitting all winter. However, when I plug it into my PC through the USB port I get all the normal tuning menus. How can I tell if it's the cable on the SCT or my L causing the problem?

Check your OBD 2 port fuse....
