flip chip help

i have a diablo 3 stage flip from jlp that i bought from a guy that has an 03 L 4lb lower 90mm MAF and cat back and i put it on my 99L w/ a 4lb lower
90mm MAF bassani catless midpipe and bx catback. when the chip is on my truck will start then die. when i turn the chip off and start it then turn the chip on its fine. can anyone help me with this? also will i be ok running around with my mods until jlp retunes if i need it?

also i have heard that there are two colors to the chips...a black and a yellow. whats the difference???

that chip won't work as it is on your truck. Most likely it isn't "turning on" after you start your truck.

You need to have the chip reprogrammed for your trucks computer calibration.
