my email address has changed want to know how to change it in my file

1. Click the "user cp" button at the top of the page.
2. Click the "Edit Profile" button.
3. Enter your new email address in both boxes.
4. Click "Submit Modifications" at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: The system will send an email conformation message to your new email address. If you DO NOT reply to the message, you will NOT be able to post!
