signature question

I am not very good with imaging. How can I tell what size an image is before I upload it to my signature?
I am not sure if this would be a program specific question or not.

or is there someone I can send a sig pic to that can resize it for me?

Right click on the pic then go to properties then a screen will open to tell you the dimensions
