bbcode help

anybody think they could help me with bbcode. i know a little html, but nloc of course won't allow it. trying to make my sig work better.


what i've got right now is as follows:

the alignment is done by changing the font to white, and then using underscore....

which is ok if everybody views the page in 1024x768, (the top part is actually in centered when in my sig) but i know not everyone does. if i actually use the align tags, then it just looks like this....

What about these rules do you think is confusing:
# 5 text lines max at 600x800 screen size
# Optionally 3 text lines and 1 image
# Text size is limited to "size=1"
# Image size will be limited to 150K
# Image will be limited to 150H X 500W pixels


Take the time to combine the 2 pics and text into one jpg that does not exceed the signature rules.

Think of other members/users that waste connect time loading your signature.

here is a version that meets the rules and is close to what you wanted

what you were trying to do with 2 images would have required a table. But tables arent part of bb code and 2 images are not allowed ...

ok, i dont have a problem combining the two, i was just trying to make so that they were spaced correctly no matter what resolution it was viewed in.

again, i dont have a problem combining into one larger image, although i dont see how that would take any less time to download than two smaller ones since the two smaller ones size combined is 8946 bytes, and the one larger one's size is 31984 bytes
