NLOC Registration Not Working

I am looking to become a new member of NLOC and it will not let me PayPal for some reason. Could I get the direct link to the PayPal and I will paypal you the cash + all the info.

The problem is your browser security settings. Just PayPal the money to Nan@nloc,net
