!trader question

Big D or Nan,
I was wanting to know if the !trader points were for the the classified section only or is it used for the SV (supporting venders) also
Example:
If I bought an exhaust system from Dave Pickrel.... would we swap trader points as we would if I bought something from another member, being that he is a SV?
