Private messages

I need just a little help. When I send pm's I use to get a copy put in my sent items folder and Message tracking folder. Now I get nothing. The pm still goes through, i just have no record if the recieving party has read it or not because I cannot track it. Any advice would help.
This use to work flawlessly now as of the last 10 or so pm's not tracking. Thanks
