"Web site not responding"?

Why do I keep getting that website not responding message? I got it more yesterday than today but I just got back on. Happened a few moments ago. Would not let me on and kept getting the no respondo box???

expect a little bit of downtime in the morning. there is a possible reboot.

Rebooted the machine and all went well. Let's see how it behaves today.
