Post Ned help finding a "reputable" service department

I took my L in for the I/C leak today. I live in the hills and went to a local dealer after speaking w/SVT. They are clueless as to what an L is OR an I/C. They claimed they would have to test drive it...HUH? They NEVER even bothered to call SVT to find out what was required. I not only told them everything they needed to do, I brought them a very nice description of what they were to do. http://www.digitalinsignia.com/mytruck.html
They were not interested.
Anyway sorry to rant, anyone have any suggestions....as to service departments. Thanks

Consensus seems to be Walnut Creek Ford. I've mentioned to them that their reputation is being reported on the web site, so hopefully that'll keep their enthusiasm high.

Thanks for the info, Walnut Creek Ford called me back right away and scheduled an appt. for the L's I/C fix. They said they have the fix in stock, so if anyone else is in the same boat, give 'em a call.
Thanks again Jeff.
