Hey Guys,I have ordered a cobra-saleen since nov.8th 1999,looks like it will finially be built.Any comits on saleen products good or bad,want to sell my lightning to get a saleen.Is this a good idea or let me know your thoughts on this.SVTISTRYKE//Randy Fontenot

Hey,Tim;
There is only one model in the cobra mustang.It is 4.6 litter engine with 320 hp,Saleen mustang will put there performace pkg.on it &make it an orginal S-281,&# it from the factory.Finially the cobras will be built.Production starts mon.3-19-2001.I wish saleen would put a blower on it like the G-Ts that they build,bit will not,due to Government Reglations.Randy

Talked to my Dealer today waiting on my finial figure again,due to the delay of the cobras they need to refigure&looks like saleen will discount it 1000.00 dollars for me.Now i need to see what the Dealer will do,out of Atlanta,they will drop it off to me at my nearest Dealer for me.But i need to sell my Lightning though my funds are tied up it it.In with the cobra &out with the LIGHT,wish me luck.RANDY

No not yet but i have heard about it.I will talk to my Salesman about it.He has been trying to convence me to go with it instead of th Saleen,he say Saleen its hard to get parts for.So iam in limbo about it.Randy
