| Guest | I've been trying to decide if and what to post about this, but never quite figured out what to say. Joe's father made a very big impression on me in a very short period of time and was definitely a postive influence during an extremely confusing time for me. He also provided a great deal of encouragment while I was trying to decide whether or not to relocate to California. I grew to respect him and will admit to a bit of jealousy (in a good, admiring way) concerning his and Joe's relationship. He was as enthusiastic about mods to Joe's truck as Joe was and he seemed to get a real kick out of the "vehicular surgery" we were performing in his driveway. And he loved to talk about the pony cars he took down in his turbocharged 70-series Volvo. He'll be missed and I'd like to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to Joe and his family. Sincerely, Jeff S. |
