CTR has been in the works for the past 6 years, just finally found a location and broke ground in the past year. 90% of the people I have spoke with about it still doubt it will ever open... but it would be nice

Last year they said it would be opened in February of 2002. They have since pulled that and have no set date. I hope that it does happen, it would be nice to have a track near by.
