Post Autocross Event

Ok guys I need your help! I want to set up an autocross event. I think we should first participate in a few where people actually know what they are doing. Anyway I need help finding events we can participate in. Since I am working so much I have not found the time yet. I also want to go to the track again as soon as the weather is nice enough. Post any info on either subject here so I can run with it and call me if you need to. Thanks ,

I'd wait until next season ('02) when Texas Spokes starts up again. This group is very top notch.

Safety, Rules, Classification, Timing, Tips, etc etc.

Texas Spokes has been around for over 50 years. They have select lots that allow them to set up for a day and have their event. (Retama Horse Track in SA seems to be the better one) they also use the airport strip in College Station as well.

I think it would be better to wait and team up for a spokes event next season

(anyone have some tires they wanna let me borrow? these 295/45's are expensive!)

I agree with Rick. I have run with SPOKES a few times throughout the years and they do put on a smooth race day. They have had no problem letting me run either of my trucks.
