02 F350 transmission chatter

I have an '02 F350 that recently began experiencing some transmission chatter. It is most easily felt at lower RPM and more so in 2nd, 3rd and OD. Just had Ford service the tranny about 5k miles ago. It isn't slipping, just a little vibration that is progressively more noticeable at lower RPM. Any ideas?
