| Registered User Paid Member | Expedition- door key code Hey all We are in Floriday right now and have rented an Expedition EL. It's a base vehicle but has the keypad entry. What I don't have is a code. I know that on the older cars, not sure if they still do, they had the code under the dash on a white sticker on the control box. I didn't see anything with a 5 digit code down there. Does anyone know where this code may be? and how to put our own code in? Thanks in advance!!! |

| Registered User Paid Member | Thanks for the dealer info. No card or manual in the glovebox. Just a rental for 12 days. They don't want us to get to use to it. As for the places of the code, they do, or did put them in places on vehicles, not just the card. My SHO had it on it's controller near the gas pedal. My F150 had it near the steering column on a controller box. Just wondering where it might be on the newer Expeditions. |
