Post Smaller pictures?

I need to know how to make my photos that I have taken off my digital camera, and make them smaller so that I may use it in a a sig or what not. Any programs or what not will be a big help. The only program that I have now is Imaging that came with my windows ME package. This program does not look like it will let me. TIA

Hey Kevin i emailed my pics to SStock and he did it for me. Guess what Saul bought a 90 GT 5.0 today for $3900 it is white and drives really nice. They gave him $700 for the RX-7. By the way do you know of any Mustang websites.

I'd highly recommend IrfanView. You can resize and resample the quality of pictures.

Photopoint use to have great tools for that. Don't know if they still do or if they still exist.
