Post Compuserve SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anybody go through them? I must get kicked off like at least every 10-15 minutes. There service is crap. I know there game too. Every month I get a call or an email with an offer to get AOL too for an extra 20 bucks a month. They get you to sign a contract that will save you a bunch of $$ on a new computer then they give you the worst internet service possible for a 3 year contract + 25$ a month. They plan on making money when you get sooooooooo fed up with there crappy service that you just get aol for the extra 20 a month. I will suck it up and not let them win, but if you guys ever have the opportunity to deal with them, DONT!!!

Cool

I know exactly where your coming from. I've had Compuserve for a little over a year now, and during the first few months I had the same problems. I was just like you and was going to suck it up and not let them win also. Some of my friends that are a little more computer savy than I convienced me to make several calls to CompServ, and my local phone company. Somewhere down the line it finally got better, but honestly, I can't remember what the problem was. The point being that there may be something that can be done. Don't be afraid to make a stink about it. I now can stay on line for hours at a time and rarely get kicked off. I never bought into that AOL thing either, there's no need. Good luck and I hope this helps.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. *****ed all the time when my service was down. Usually came back better.
