Here you go. Route from hotel to KCIR and relative locations of Fuddruckers and the closest Hooters is highlighted in blue. I'll make b&w copies and will get them to Dwight so they will be available at the hotel.
From the hotel, get on Little Blue Parkway and go south across I-70 to US Hwy 40, go west on Hwy 40 to Noland Rd, then south on Noland to KCIR. The track will be on your left.
Or, Little Blue Parkway to Hwy 40, west to I-470 (also Hwy 291), then south to the Hwy 350 exit, then west on 350 to Noland Rd and then north on Noland to KCIR.
Fuddruckers is just north of the intersection of Hwy 40 and Noland Rd.
