Yellow, Yellow everywhere. My God, I forgot how much I hate painting. The overspray is everywhere. I stood out the back door and could barely see the other end of the shop after spraying. What's on the floor is stuck real good. It's not like primer overspray that will sweep up. That was the worst of it. Just have the hood and cowl to do next week.
The hard part was painting them complete in one shot. I didn't want to paint the back side, wait a day and reposition for the other side. So I don't **** off the neighbours, I paint in the middle of the night. I started at 3am and finished up at 6.
Unfortunaitly, without the proper lighting, I couldn't see the surface well and got some runs. I planned on color sanding and buffing anyway, but it's a bit more work to take out the runs. Thankfully it's a solid color, single stage.
Now I just hope the color match is good.
