it seems like it will help with tranny service, not having pipes anywhere around the tranny, and will cause no interference with the traction bars.

it will probably work out okay. is ur truck stock height?
my first turbo kit had the downpipe UNDER the cross member... it was a nightmare...
my truck is not stock height its dropped about 3" so i couldnt clear speed bumps..
my new setup runs down the passenger side next to the header. the downpipe is also 2 pieces... it has vbands and so if work needed to be done with the transmission it would be easy to get the downpipe out of the way.
