Everybody has their own personal preferences. I got my truck from Burts Arapahoe Ford and they considering I had a brand new truck that I owed so much on my truck was bought at a little bit higher than MSRP. They were good at first but to be honest with you...I won't go back to them. They don't know enough about the truck's bugs to bother with and maybe it's because I am a girl but they really like to argue with me about things that are regularly discussed on the F150online board. After 60K or so posts you would think that I would have a little bit of knowledge about my truck. Case in point, there is a front end clunk caused by the control arm rubbing and when I told them about it and the fix that the other owners came up with they didn't believe me. I had to print 8 pages of posts on it before they would consider it. I would probably go to Courtesy Ford. One of the LOCO guys, Sean, is a tech there. He's a smart guy, owns an L, for now anyway, and is aware of the issues the trucks have. So if you have maintenance issues you can trust Sean. But I wouldn't let them nail you for any more than MSRP.
