The car is still at the dealer and no money has changed hands at this point. The service manager will have an opportunity to resolve the matter this week hopefully. That is plan A.
The alternate plan is to pay Bankston for their work and have the car towed from Bankston directly to another shop where the engine will be opened up and examined. If there is a problem, which I expect, it could get ugly.
I am not angry at this point because everybody is entitled to make a mistake (even me) every once in a while. We'll see how things go this week. |
