Laurence, have you uninstalled and re-installed the S/W ? Other than the early versions of Win95 problems (which that .exe fixes) I have never heard of the problem you are having.
If you uninstall make sure to reboot the laptop. You said your running Win95 right ? Also go to
http://www.guieectuner.com and get the freeware version (ignore the date) and install from that, also get the lhbl0.dat file. I'm wondering if the files didn't get corrupted when I e-mailed them to you.
