I just got off the phone w/ a good "friend" (LOL), who goes to the University of Scranton, and she said "some guy has the same lightning you do up the street". After further prodding, all the info I can gather is it is a red gen1, not a students car. I'm surprised she was even going slow enough to read "Lightning" on the bed!

So who is this?
Is this one of the Pennsylvania department of the DELVALLO?
